What we collect

When you contact Polery, book a demo, or ask for a free diagnosis, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, public Google Business Profile details, and the information you choose to send us.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare diagnoses, build demo pages, respond to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver purchased work, and keep basic records of outreach and opt-out requests.

Public business data

Some demo and diagnosis work uses public business information such as Google reviews, business listings, websites, and public contact details. We do not present estimated operating history as a fact, and we remove unsupported regulatory claims before outreach.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and file storage when needed to operate Polery.
